The authentic Nabulsi way — soft, creamy, and steeped in tradition.

Knafeh the way it was meant to be made. Our soft knafeh is prepared in the traditional Nabulsi style, layered with fine semolina and flour dough, filled with creamy Nabulsi cheese, soaked in a delicate rose water syrup, and finished with a garnish of pistachios. Freshly baked to order every Friday and Saturday.

Allergens: Contains dairy, gluten, and tree nuts (pistachios).

Storage & Reheating: Refrigerate up to 7 days or freeze up to 30 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 5–7 minutes, microwave for 10–15 seconds, or place on a food warmer.

Ordering & Pickup: Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM Thursday. Order through the website, Instagram DM, or WhatsApp. Pickup available Friday & Saturday at Qahwah House Coffee Shop, 1318 Pecan Ave, Charlotte, NC 28205 (Plaza Midwood).
