Our shredded knafeh delivers a satisfying crunch in every bite — think the crispy shredded filling you know from Dubai chocolate, reimagined as a full knafeh tray. Layered with shredded dough, creamy Nabulsi cheese, soaked in rose water syrup, and topped with pistachios. Freshly baked to order every Friday and Saturday.

Storage & Reheating: Refrigerate up to 7 days or freeze up to 30 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 5–7 minutes, microwave for 10–15 seconds, or place on a food warmer.

Ordering & Pickup: Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM Thursday. Order through the website, Instagram DM, or WhatsApp. Pickup available Friday & Saturday at Qahwah House Coffee Shop, 1318 Pecan Ave, Charlotte, NC 28205 (Plaza Midwood).
